STANDARD SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Standard shipping is free in most regions to the United States and the rest of the world outside of Europe. Please note: We are currently unable to ship to Russia and Turkey. We hope to resume service to Russia and Turkey in the near future.

Regional exclusions on our US site include Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Mexico, and Israel. 

Australia: Free shipping on orders over AUD300. All orders that do not meet the AUD300 minimum will require a shipping fee of AUD30.

Canada: Free shipping on orders over CAD150. All orders that do not meet the CAD150 minimum will require a shipping fee of CAD15.

New Zealand: Free shipping on orders over NZD200. All orders that do not meet the NZD200 minimum will require a shipping fee of NZD30.

Mexico: Free shipping on orders over MexD2000. All orders that do not meet the MexD2000 minimum will require a shipping fee of MexD400.

Israel: Free shipping on orders over Shekel500. All orders that do not meet the Shekel500 minimum will require a shipping fee of Shekel100.

Why am I being charged USD100 at checkout if standard shipping to qualifying regions is free?

We have two different versions of our website. On our main website, www.aninebing.com, you will see a pop-up to select your country. Our US website services the United States and the rest of the world outside of Europe. If you select a European country, you will be brought to our European website. Our European website ships free for orders above €100 to most of the countries. Please note that VAT/duties may apply for European countries outside of the EU.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days with standard shipping.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Average standard shipping times:

Within the US: less than 5 business days

US to Canada: 3-5 business days

US to South America: 5-10 business days

US to Asia: 7-10 business days

US to Australia: 7-10 business days

US to New Zealand: 7-10 business days

US to Africa: 7-10 business days

US to Middle East: 7-10 business days

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We ask that you please use an alternate address at checkout, such as an office address.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We are pleased to share that we now offer expedited shipping for online orders via FedEx 2 Day Express. Available with any US Domestic website order for a shipping cost of $20. Excludes delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, and PO Boxes. Offer not valid on ANINE BING app purchases.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If you are unable to locate this email, or believe you have yet to receive your tracking details, please email us at concierge@aninebing.com.

What happens if my package gets lost?

Please email us at concierge@aninebing.com. If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages if there is proof of delivery. 

US ORDERS

All standard US orders ship via USPS. 

Do you charge sales tax?

As an e-commerce company based in the US, we are required to charge sales tax on orders shipping to certain states. This list may vary over time. Any applicable taxes are automatically calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Global-e is available for most international locations.

What is Global-e?

Global-e is a cross-border solution that offers a customized checkout experience, including region-specific currency and shipping options, for international customers. When you are ready to checkout, you will be brought to a Global-e portal to process your payment.

Do you cover duties and taxes for international orders?

We offer free shipping for most international shipments but only cover duties for Australia, Canada, Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Mexico, and New Zealand. Any applicable duties or taxes are automatically calculated by Global-e at checkout. The amount is determined by your country’s Customs department based on the country of origin of the items being purchased and classification of these items. International taxes such as VAT (Value Added Tax) are set by the destination country.

Select DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) at checkout to pre-pay these fees. All fees will be listed on the Global-e international checkout page.

If DDP is not selected, the shipping carrier will invoice you upon delivery. ANINE BING is not responsible for these charges.

Customs duties and taxes on all international orders are non-refundable through ANINE BING. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.

SINGAPORE ORDERS

Beginning January 1, 2023, orders to Singapore will begin to collect import goods and services tax (GST) at point of sale. Please note that the GST is being built into the prices that Singaporean customers are seeing on the site. In addition, GST is being raised from 7% to 8%, and will apply to all orders - regardless of the value.

Customs duties and taxes on orders to Singapore are non-refundable through ANINE BING. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.

PURE NOIR + ROSE WOOD

At this time we are only able to ship our fragrances within the continental US and continental Europe due to international shipping restrictions. On our US webshop, the fragrance is unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or any international location.
