OUR FOUNDERS
Shortly after relocating from their native Denmark to Southern California in 2012, Anine and Nico launched ANINE BING out of their garage in Silver Lake with one shared goal: to create a global fashion brand focused on timeless wardrobe building blocks grounded in Scandinavian simplicity with American energy.
Over a decade later, powered by a highly engaged social media following and a modern approach to immediate fulfillment of merchandise, the brand has become a sizable global fashion business around the world.
Both Anine and the ANINE BING brand have been featured in top global publications including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Forbes, WWD, and Business of Fashion, among many others. As a respected fashion authority, Bing is regularly called upon to speak at leading industry events and her designs are regularly worn by A-list celebrities and the industry elite.
Bing is passionate about Women’s Empowerment and supports various different initiatives and organizations dedicated to empowering and educating women and children. Anine launched a personal initiative called Mentor Moments where she continues to give back by offering private mentorship sessions to women around the globe.
